Yesterday marked 70 years since Her Majesty The Queen’s Accession to the Throne and the start of a year of celebrations for her Platinum Jubilee, and as the date fell on a Sunday, the Royal Salute is fired on the following day. The Band of the Grenadier Guards perform celebratory music near the firing position.
