St Mary-Le-Bow, London, UK 26st Sep 2021. The beautifully decorated pearl cap of this Pearly King features the St George's flag. Pearly Kings and Queens celebrate their annual harvest festival with the Costermonger´s Harvest Service at St Mary-Le-Bow church. As the usual celebrations in Guildhall Yard had to be cancelled, the Pearlies meet and greet friends and the public outside the church before and after service his year.
City of London, UK, 31st Aug, 2021. Protesters are arrested and led away from the scene. Extinction Rebellion (XR) have blocked London Bridge with a vintage bus, several protesters were glued and otherwise attached to the bus and ground and had to be removed by police.
